Better question... what the @#*! was the heli pilot doing on the airplane flight line? At sanctioned events helis and planes are always kept separate for just this reason. Not to mention the plane pilot called out "low pass" which, at the very least, should have prompted the heli pilot to call out "on the runway" or something similar to alert the plane pilot. The heli pilot was clearly experienced enough to know better as he was doing inverted maneuvers (tick-tocks maybe). Epic fail on the part of the heli pilot
