    I can't imagine buying a RC jet and not flying it. That's weird.

    If you ever get the chance to see one up close you'll understand the necessity for a certified pilot. These are not toys. This one was close to $6,000 if I heard right and has all of the features of it's full-scale counterparts. I agree owning one and not being able to fly it would suck, so I'm sure he is working with Bruce to get certified (good move having someone already certified walk you through it).

    I think the turbine alone costs around $3000 don't they? I agree that having a friend who has turbine experience is good and the way to go so he is fortunate there. But if I had a jet and was confident with my pilot skills I think I'd be flying that sucker. ;)
