playin in the road a little bit today, on 2nd tank now, starting to rev her up more and she's reacting beautifully. plenty of torque with the can muffler, cant wait to get a pipe on her and take her out to the dunes:cool:

Sweet! I was surprised how easily you started it. I would have thought pulling the starter would have yanked it off the ground. Nice sound.

the steel cage is heavy, especially in the back with all the billet, why i run triple springs. it takes a lot to pick this girl up. engine is getting looser and more powerful with every tank. mind you im running 18/56/20 gears n 5t tires with a can muffler. a pipe and paddles will give her the traction and torque to really pull hard. maybe see a wheelie or two. cant wait to get to the sand at the beach!

Cool video. Is that a beach in Coos Bay? It looks like you found the pole of RC magnetism.

it is a sandy area off the north spit road just across the river from coos bay. basically a big sandy peninsula between the river and the beach. its a great spot that ive gone to plenty. theres rarely anyone around to bug ya, and lots of room to open her up in the soft sand. ive seen paddle tire tracks from other RC's out there too, so i know im not the only one that goes out there for the same reason. would be nice to get together and have a big RC weekend in the dunes for all the local guys :)

that pole, lol. that pole is always a pain in my arse. i dunno why but it jumps right out in front of ya all the time, its an anti-baja magnet fur sure, lol. someone needs to drive their truck out there one day when nobody is around, and rip the sucker out ;)

Looks like a great place to run. You are lucky to have that nearby.

What's up with that pole? It that some electric thing or what? Why would there be a pole like that in the middle of the sand?

It almost looks like a well pipe. Is there a state seal band around it? Is it deep or cemented in?

its just a wood pole, and i didnt see any cement, but its in there solid, im sure its deep. itd take a pickup to pull it out or most likely break it off.
