    Thank you w00d!  That is it alright.  But $275!?!  I want something better than a 2x4 piece of wood but less expensive than $275.  I'm thinking a bicycle handle bar.  I wonder if there are just clamps available with the 1/4x20 screw for the bottom of the camera that can clamp onto the handle bar tubing?
