Wonder why though... It doesnt fully say why and by the looks of the video it would seem that he stayed under 400 ft as well as line of sight as well.

For some reason any RC flight is now an illegal drone mission, WTF is going on with this stuff?

Just a conflict between, “I can do any thing I like” and “Absolute Power.”
In the “Good Old Days” there was a concept known as “The Sprit of the Law” It was a simple thing, based on nothing more than common sense
And a bit of good judgment.

The other grand illusion is Justice. Looks good on paper, but in the real world, the question is not guilt or innocence, but who has the most money.

Yes the system is screwed up, but it does seem to be better than most others.
Survival is simple. If you wave the red flag at the Bull, he thinks you are a target, and you get gored.
Think before you post that wonderful video. You may have over looked something.

It's starting to appear as if there is some sentiment by the government against the Decentralization of news events.

It really got me thinking about my videos and if I should take them down and not post anymore.

There is nothing illegal about FPV flying, that has not been changed, and the FAA lost it's first and only case it ever attempted against anyone.
