Its prtty dope, u can even take off the front belt and do some rwdrift. The tamiya kit is a build kit, theres a red sport car on the box, not sure i want the stree with building little chinese parts..lol. i'm prob gonna have adam order me an ofna like yours sweet set up, theres a few things i want to do to mine first before i get it, this way ill have a shaft drive and belt to my garage. Prob make it rwd, one for suburu or evo, the other rx7 or M3. I plan to have at least ten bodies all dressed up, some for dirty driving other just for show and drift videos.

I also found a clip from youtube, makes pvc tires pretty much the same as drift tires without the price..

so do you mean like making drift tires outta pvc? that would be sweet! rwd drifting would be tight, but all the vids ive seen it seems you have more control with 4wd

U do have way more control with 4wd. The pvc these guys were cutting tubes to the withbof tire they wanted wedged in the wheel added a bit of glue and sliding around in no time, im deff gonna try it. I want to stock up on some wheels anyway.

I was thinking hot glue, just on the inside, looks like it will be plenty tight, if not they were just adding masking tape around the rim

I dont know how much they can soften cuz they are made to withstand certain heat.

try & boil the pvc? if so pvc doesnt expand like you would think. 2 in pipe is a little big for the rim but if you put tape in the middle of the rim it makes a tight fit.i wasnt so much worried about the glue getting soft as i was it cracking from vibration

Thats what was thinking, ill ask the people at grovers about pvc, but hot glue should be good, its kinda rubbery.

With in a year i plan to have a whole layout like for a train but brought up to 1/10 scale, this will be whole garage.. but setting up where i can move it around, change course layout, transport from spot to spot these will be necessary for any shows we ende up putting on, (maybe i need to move to japan?)

I am also looking forward to seeing your waterfall when you're ready.  Will water actually fall, or will it be resin or such that it looks like water?

Not running but looks like it is lol, when i own my home i might put in a pump for a water fall, maybe with a road behide it for some risky maneuvers, this stuff definitely takes time. After seeing and playing with some of the products, i have found cheaper ways to buy it than with the over priced woodland name, even their paint prices made me scratch my head. Simple glues and sealents all water based non toxix. But i love working with their plaster cloth. I even am making a little waterfall for my girls desk at work. Soon as i get my order from sleadds i have some ridges and hills going for the course. Ill post the starter diorama i began with to give u guys an idea of how it could look..
