   Wow, that is a GREAT article! With very clear and descriptive insight into what is and is not legal. Basically, what I took from it, is the FAA can suck it! Especially in the case of commercially operated aircraft. "The exchange of money does not magically make them aircraft"! The only exchange of money that makes a difference here is that which changes pockets among those that are making these "claims" of law!
