    Most people would look at that and think "neat, but what a lot of time/stuff no real reason, kind of a waste" But I could see this placed in a nice cabinet, set up with a nice kiosk interface and being sold to Bars, Malls, rented out to weddings, etc. for playing real music at $1.00 per song. Both the visual and audible entertainment would keep kids stuffing money in it for hours on end.

    I totally agree.  It runs off MIDI so there are huge amounts of songs readily available.  The guy who made it needs to make a electric guitar and drummer robot.  Talk about a band-in-a-box!  I'd feed it dollars too.

    BTW, a lot of the project was printed on a 3D printer or laser cut.
