Arducopter Electronics Set (soldered and tested).

This pack is intended for use with any rotary-wing aircraft (quad, hexa, octa, tri, Y6 and traditional helicopter). It comes with the best-selling Ardupilot Mega UAV autopilot board and IMU shield, GPS module for navigation, magnetometer (electronic compass) for orientation, and sonar sensor for altitude hold below 3-4 meters. Also includes the cables you need to connect your R/C receiver. The most recent ArduCopter 2.x code is pre-loaded, and all sensors and functions are tested.

3DR Radio Telemetry Kit option available.

WOW!! That is very cool ;D Like getting a Naza with GPS, waypoint navigation (up to 700 3D waypoints!), and a Co-Pilot II system all in one package!!! I have been going back and forth on which controller to get - mainly between the Naza and the new KK2.0 board. But this really seams to be THE ticket! Hopefully some of our other control board gurus will put their two cents in. I'd really like some more info from those that really know these things so I can make a better informed decision before I spend the $$$ Thanks John for finding/sharing this!!!!
