I guess you could call this a model engine ... and I think he's running it on compress air however because I don't speak Russian, I'm not sure? [acronym=EYE See! "w00d's Photo Musings" LINK to my BLOG][shadow=grey,left]w00d[/shadow][/acronym]
Translated (Babelfish) from Russian: The Fastest Small Engine V12 Spanish engineer on behalf of Патело collected 12-cylinder V-engine, which, as he believes, is the most in such a small engine in the world. The engine consists of a 261 element, made from aluminum, bronze and stainless steel
Glad you liked it ... He's a more I liked that we're shown after but these can be classed as 'real', in so much as they run 'fuel' The first one is BIG comparatively to small Rc Engines, ... and I can't help thinking how large a model aircraft would need to be to lift that engine and it's airframe ... Think it's more suited for an 'Ultra-lite' than a 'scale' aircraft ... But who can say when ya see some of the 'crazyies' building 'scale' theses days!?! To quote the manufacture as to this 'engines' usability: "This V12 Artus engine are for radio control toy applications only. Not for use when human life depends on these engine" So the engines disclaimer would eliminate the engine being used in a "Ultra-lite" This one is just a cutie EDIT: Just one more but this video is really BAD quality and VERY short. ... I think I wouldn't mind this engine in my HPI Baja 5B. Bah, GAS, Nitro is where the cats at 'Poetic License' Meh joking!
The Artus water cooled V12 is amazing. Here is the link to their website: http://www.artus-motor.com/ The Tiger II tank page is also worth a look. Not to mention the Victory Girl website: http://www.victorygirl.com/
