Scale Engine

    Just found this again, it is a scale engine that was completely built from scratch. All the CNC machining was done on the same Tormach mill that I have. If you notice the cylinder head fins are rounded over on the edges. These were all done as a surface model in 3D with a ball end mill. Once the first one was done and he was confident the G code was good, he started the second one, turned out the lights and took his wife to a movie theater and dinner. When he got home the second one was all done.

    I am not sure what the overall design is all about. I don't even know what the belt is driving in that box?
