    I like the idea of having a screen on or in the transmitter but the reality of being able to actual see whats on the screen in sunlight leaves me skeptical.  I've looked at a bunch of screens and none so far look useful in sunlight and even the good ones need a sun shade to be able to pick out important things to a FPV flyer like power lines.  I think this is the real reason so many FPV flyers use those goggles.

    "It may also be used with any other device which provides an A/V output signal" w/ "Additional A/V Out socket"
    ... If ya want goggles, then use goggles ... Personally I DON't LIKE the size of the screen, IMO too small being only 3½" ...

    What is cool {IMO} about Rc Logger is they offer us and for the lack of a better word a complete 'package' w/ eLogging, FPV, APV and GPS Navigation just to name a few or in their own words they sum it up as "telemetry, imaging, and analysis" ... Have a look at their 'Home-Page' just because they offer a TON of STUFF or choices or options, we can mix'n match and be COLOUR coordinated all at the same time, bet they sell a HAT for THAT to {LOL}

    LMAO, Well I bought teh RcLogger 'Digital Pitch Gauge' so that puts me in their club  [IMG] yup that makes me a 'fanboy'

          [IMG]

    EDIT: Here's my version of the same thing, only diff it radiates 2.4g ...
    ... and you are right Sir Yoda without the 'hood' it's almost impossible to see the screen out in the sun, better to sit under a TREE w/ a cool one, LOL

    They do have some cool stuff.  They have a entire system of modules that one could use for building a FPV platform.  Their video camera is interesting because they have different lenses available.

    Although I do or have wondered about their 'modules' or the idea of the 'modular system'
    ... in so much as it might add too much 'bulk' to the bird with all the casing and what not [IMG]

    Well at least for the 'flying' (up in the air) end of the system but I shrugged it off as the only real way to know for sure is by buying ...

    And yeah, optional 'lenses', ya know I can also GET THEM for my stupid iPod ... iPod, iPhone, iPad and Android  :eek:
