915 Mhz seems to be under development.

Tell me, is 433 Mhz something we can use here in the United States?

You also need a Ham radio license for 900 Mhz.  I was wondering why we seem to be biased towards 900 Mhz here in the USA instead of 400 Mhz.

I am interested in something thats meets 900 Mhz ISM spec. No Lic needed.

Its just like 2.4 wifi, 5.8 wifi and 900 Mhz cordless house phones. If it meets power and interference and FCC type cert and everything else, then no Lic needed. The FPV transmitters do not meet FCC regs, so only ham lic can use it, no commercial use allowed.

Thanks for the clear explanation.  I forgot that those old school home wireless phones were 900 Mhz.
