So just had my birthday a few days ago. Today I went filed my taxes heard some good news. Just staring off with a good day. Got home starting to get ready for work and , ding dong..... The ups man had just dropped off a big square box. Sent from my brother up in Washington I started to wonder what would he have got me this big.... So I tear into it, like an excited 8 year old on Christmas morning. Boom found a body blue gtr , then another a mark 2 like my green one but jet black. No way he wouldn't . Would he.. Then I found a spectrum transmitter. Oh s*** he did, just the same one I been talking about for months.. I seen it so beautiful still wrapped in bubble wrap I stated to shout like the kid on "a Christmas carol" NO WAY an HPI Pro D only available in Japan with a Castle Mamba max bitches ..... He even threw in a new 2s lipo. I was happier than ever. And so surprised he give me this rare to America rc car. Guess I won't need that yokomo knock off anyway. I'll put some photos of it up tomarrow. It's so sick I can't wait to take it out.
Yeah you do see a muffler mounted.. I figured since I have 5 bodies for drifting, it would be better and more real looking. Instead of mounting muffelers on each body. Same with interecooler. Mounted on front bumper. I swaped out the mamba max pro system into my sc10 (too much kv) it was a gift but it was also used my brother was tearing apart the c cups? I think it likes being in the truck more anyway. I replaced it with the system I had in the old car, whitch it the sidewinder esc and fuze 5400kv still fast. But less torque and much smoother.. and yes certain parts are a pain it the ass to find. Some I found but cant order from the u.s. ... weird? .. the Pro D has a oneway front diff and locked rear. Came countersteer ready. I love it but still would like to get a belt driven chassis some day, im not allowed to buy anymore toys for awhile. Lol..
