My honcho

    Hello i just joined the site, but i am not new to the scene. I have been into scalers since 2005( i remember when we had to make everything) . I have had a bunch of different trucks which i will posts pictures of later. This is my honcho, it has been together now for three years. mostly just some cosmetic changes.
    Specs
    ESC: old school super chicken
    Motor: integy 35 turn lathe
    Radio: fly sky 3 channel 2.4
    Servo: tower pro
    Batteries: turnigy 3s 2200 40c
    Stock axles
    Stock tranny
    Stock shocks
    Home made front bumper with 3racing winch
    Home made sliders
    Dh fab prototype tube bed with 1/64 hobby plywood for bed skins
    RC4WD 1.55 mickey thompson ttc claws on RC4WD stamped steel wheels.
    it was a honcho kit so all the links are aluminum.
    body painted on the inside and oustide, various decals and bowtie grill and window banner stickers.
    custom inner fender wells .

    yeah chase he was out there. i like the rc4wd bed on it. i wanted one for my honcho before i got rid of it.

    thanks everyone. ill post up some old school pics of mine and some of Brians (nissan231) .
    I built the bumper and the sliders , the bumper bolts on and the sliders utilize the stock slide in mounts. EH i usually just tinker up some stuff for me , but i would maybe be willing to make some extras.

    yeah i was there, sunday is a hard day for me to be anywhere before 2 or so haha. usually pretty hungover .
    the bed that rc4wd sells is just a little different. My Buddy Dave sold the design to RC4WD. my bed was the first one he ever made.
