After racing the Ten-T at rattlesnake I quickly realized it was lacking major items in order to be fast around the track.  TIRES -  I could not find decent ones that fit the 15mm losi crap wheel hexes.  So I toyed around with the idea of converting them to 1/8th scale buggy.  This would work but thought it might look funny having a truggy with buggy tires.  I threw idea out the window and did some more research.  It just so happens that you can convert a Ten-T to an 810 as 95% of the part #'s between the 2 are the same.  Same chassis, A-arms yada yada yada.  Al i had to do was buy a body, wheel hexes, outer axles, body mounts and whala.

I took it to B street sat and my first thoughts are WOW.  This thing is fast and nimble.....I never really noticed how light it was when it was a Ten-T  ( Dont think it lost weight after buggy conversion) but it is very easy to get in the air.  Maybe because the tires actually move it forward instead of spin.

Couple pics for viewing pleasure.  BTW - Thanks to Adam and Sleadds for all the parts/help!

Very nice looking.  Any photos with the body off?

I dont have any other photos with the body off but it looks the same as the ten-t did.    The only changes are the body mounts.
