Me and my "entourage" are planning on making it for this coming weekend. We'll all be running stadium truck and if I get my gear together and get my body painted in time I'll make my short course debut. :
Awesome!! Glad to hear that.. looking forward to seeing you guys again. You need to get that SC together and bring it. Heck, Just make it a "one color wonder" and throw it on the track. ;D SC racing is got to be my fav. think your gonna dig it.
Nice day today and lots of fun.. thanks to all who attended. Cris, you and Jason put on a show... 1,2 finishes is always nice, hope that made it worth the trip for you!? We'll be doing it again in two weeks. I'll mark it on the calendar. ~D
Yeah, it was fun. Despite my technical issues it was a nice raceday. I bet you guys hate it when the Medford guys show up and beat you on your own track. 8)
yeah that wasn't part of the plan.. for sure. I at least, I thought I was going to have something more for you guys, but I pretty much self destructed in the main. Oh well.. and so it goes. : good on you guys. Some nice work at the wheel. at last one of you has a free race for next time.
it was a good day. weather was a pleasant 85 degrees. Try again in two weeks. Maybe you'll be able to make the next one?
Long, aggressive pins. K-Falls is a very soft and loamy track so you want something that will dig in deep. In stadium truck I've always run either Goosebumps or Step Pins. Lately I've been preferring the Goosebumps in green compound in the back and my Double Dees up front. That combo worked really well for me in both stadium and short course. I did win the stadium main, after all. :
