I just got around to looking at this Pan and Tilt mechanism and IMO it looks good [IMG]

However the best part about this is, that with even w/ minimal skills it's would be easy for one to replicate themselves, DIY ...
... But then again $24.99usd is a good price if time or lack of time to DIY is an issue

After writing the above I got curious then entered 'DIY Pan and Tilt' into Google and was rewarded with numerous links thus idea's to try out ... See LINK

We'll see how this one works when it arrives. It's on backorder along with my Y650 frame :)

Hey Yoda yes the Hobby King stuff are certainly cheaper but they don't look as sturdy. I'm sure there good enough for the small pin hole camera's but I need something that will hold a decent size Point'n Shoot Camera securely without bringing vibration issues into it ...

I hear you w00d.  I am also really liking the one from Servo City and especially since that guy has it already fitted to his quad so I know it will work.  ;)
