    It happens!  The one I like so much is the one where it finishes the part and then exits right through the side of it.  Back when I first started with MasterCam, they had a bug that would sometimes forget to raise Z at the end of the part when it was going back home.  It got me in the habit of running the entire program with Z up a little ways.  Problem is that when a program gets long, that isn't practical.  I've broken some tools off, but fortunately never damaged a machine.  It's always so exciting to run that first part! :)

    In all honesty I wasn't interested in watching the video until I read everyone's comments. So now curious I looked at the VID and I can relate, even with ordinary power tools, like Tiger said "It happens" ... Being a mechanic at one time I can even say I have war wounds, some minor scars to prove it ...
