Grants Pass BMX track

Looking at getting together a play day at River City BMX track. Let me know if your interested on coming out. Not sure on details, but give me ideas. I was just thinking open track for 2 hours and a $10 fee. I went and played out there today and was pretty fun.

Is that the BMX track near the Fairgrounds?

Have you been in touch with them already to use the track?

Yeppers. We are looking at doing a test day possibley and seeing how the track holds up and what response we get. Im headed out there tonight to run again. i'm a basher at heart and never have raced. Not sure if its a race worthy track to racers, but we could set up a race day too?

Are they charging you to use the track?  What is the $10 for?

$10 for two hours??  Thats what we charge to run all day at jacksonville, on a real RC track.

Nothing is set in stone. I'm throwing ideas around. We have a chance to use the track. I'm looking for ideas on what people would be interested in doing if interested at all. More of a fun play day. We could do 4 hours. Jacksonville track sounds fun, but i'm not a racer. I run a stock 4x4 slash, stock 4x4 stampede, stock 4x4x mini 8. I'm a basher.. lol 

At this moment they are not charging a flat fee, but they are a non profit orignazion and it would be cool to "donate" to the track. They rent it from the fairgrounds

Many people that are NOT racers come out and play,  We welcome all to come and play.  Although since I live just down from the BMX track I would pay to play there every once in a while, big jumps

I heard Jacksonville was a privete track but now I'm seeing its open to the public more. I do want to make it out one of these days to play there. Do you have a picture of the track?
