The Hero4 Silver will have a touch LCD on the back 4K video at 15fps, 2.7K at 30fps, 1440p at 48fps, 1080p at 60fps, 960p at 100fps, and 720p at 120fps. It takes 12-megapixel stills and is waterproof down to 131 feet. The Black edition is basically the same except that it captures 4K video at up to 30 fps, which is way more useful than 15 fps.
