What are your guys thoughts on using a Sail plane with a prop on the front of it for FPV and use a GoPro on the front? Or do you think it might be to heavy with the GoPro and TX and then extra Batterys and OSD and so on

Powered sail planes are excellent FPV platforms! Can't go wrong with the GoPro either! The only issue with this setup is you'll see the prop in the picture whenever you're under power. But when you're in a thermal and just gliding around its awesome! Sailplanes have plenty of lift so no problem with the weight of the GoPro and the extra video gear. I'd definitely go with at least a 1.5 meter wingspan.
My FPV plane is the RQ-1 Reaper. It has a 63" WS and my video gear is a micro camera, Tx and I run everything off one battery to save weight.
Running the gear you're thinking of, and since you're already familiar with HobbyKing with your 168, I would consider the FPV Raptor. I've seen these with GoPro's on the nose (and even with a pan/tilt mount) and they fly excellent!. Definitely go for the optional flaps. The link is below. Have you fixed your 168 yet?

Of those three, my preference would be the second one, the ASK-21. The first one with the v-tail looks awesome, but its a racer built for speed, not stability. The third one is a good choice also, but the recommended 2s 1000-1300mah battery would give short flight times even for the best thermal rider. The ASK-21 is big enough and has plenty of space for your gear, and will take a 3s 2200mah battery. And the top-mounted horizontal stab will keep it stable and stay clear of the ground when landing.
