    A terrorist might use this thing to make a nuclear bomb while hiding in a hotel room, then they will make a robotic multirotor to fly the nuclear bomb to a crowded area.......

    Then they will make a disguise mask for thier face to escape.......

    But since they are hiding in a hotel for weeks on end they will also need to have a edible resin cartridge so they can print out a cheeseburger to eat while the bomb is being made.......

    The 3D printer you are describing will ultimately run on fecal matter.  You print the cheesburger, excrete it, and then feed it back into the printer which will have a inherent bio purification built in due to the heat and pressure of the printing head.
