OSHA requires that all flip-flops used as electrical flotation devices be safety orange in color. Also. the exposed wires need to be enclosed in safety covers so that people don't trip when stepping over them. In this case, a nice light blue color would be aesthetically pleasing In addition, the red cord in the lower left corner is obviously acting as the power panel. As such, there needs to be a 30" border in front of it clearly marked with yellow and black caution tape. And lastly, the power panel should be securely mounted with anchor bolts and grounding rods going at least six feet into the ground at the mounting point.
