I don't know how they got half those shots, I think the one where they went thru the lattice tower backwards was just the video being played backwards after a forward flight.
I think all these shots are two man operations, one pilot and one cameraman. To get the shot flying through the latice tower the FPV pilot is looking forward and the cameraman is looking backwards. Evidence in the background people are moving forwards.
