OK, the comp is a little further than the Galice Restaurant/Resort?

Correct. You take that same road just a bit further. You will come upon a high bridge over the river and the boat ramp is below it. It is right where the road splits to go out to Wolf CR./Glendale

If 1 other person shows with one yes. Im getting parts in the mail for mine today and will be bringing it. Even if no other 1.9s showed Im still setting some courses to run through. It would be really cool if some others showed. I will get ahold of some of the CA guys and see if they will bring theirs.

You've raised a question that's been on my mind for a while.  What is the difference between a 1.9 and 2.2 crawler?  Is it just the tires?  If it's just the tires what would my Losi Comp Crawler, Losi Night Crawler and Axial AX10 be?

The wheel is the biggest deciding factor but a lot more plays in also. You can define the classes though with just a couple of the guidelines I will list below.

    ▪ 2.3.1 - Vehicle wheelbase is limited to a maximum of 12.5 inches.

    ▪ 2.3.3 - Vehicle is limited to 2.2 inch wheels/rims or smaller at the bead surface. Wheels may be modified provided
that the tire bead surface does not exceed 2.2 inches in diameter. With a tire mounted no exterior component of the
wheel including but not limited to the bead lock ring shall exceed 2.55". Tires may be modified from other sized tires
using only a pliable rubber but must not exceed a total uncompressed outer diameter of 6 inches.

    And these are for 1.9

    2.4 - Class 3 – Class 1.9 :
    ▪ 2.4.1 - Vehicle wheelbase is limited to a maximum of 8.5 inches.
    ▪ 2.4.2 - Vehicle track width is limited to a maximum of 8 inches. This is determined by measuring the bottom of the
outer most edge of the front and rear tires while the vehicle is sitting on level ground.
    ▪ 2.4.3 - Vehicle is limited to 1.9 inch wheels/rims or smaller at the bead surface. Wheels may be modified provided
that the tire bead surface does not exceed 1.9 inches in diameter. With a tire mounted no exterior component of the
wheel including but not limited to the bead lock ring shall exceed 2.2". Tires may be modified from other sized tires
using only a pliable rubber but must not exceed a total uncompressed outer diameter of 4.25 inches.

Thank you for that.  So it looks like the Losi Comp/Night Crawlers and Axial AX10 are all 2.2 class.  What are some common 1.9 class rigs?

The MRC IS the 1.9 class. There have never been any other competitive small axled rigs. I have seen some guys cut down the losi worm style axles from the LCC and the LNC for 1.9 specs but they didn't come close in being as successful as the MRC platform. If the class wasn't so dead I would make a new 1.9 axle to spice up the class. But as of now they are a dying breed much like the supers :(.  All anyone wants to run anymore is 2.2 sport and pro classes. Your xr would also be in the 2.2 class as long as you don't go over 12.5 wb with it.

We drove out to the comp crawl but didn't come down to the water.  Who found that spot?
