Any idea what the charge rate of the charger is (ma)? The charge time is going to be a little over the battery capacity (1100mah in this case) divided by the charge rate (in ma). With most chargers, the batteries will just start to get a little warm when they are fully charged. In fact, there are some chargers that use a temperature sensor to determine full charge. This DOES NOT apply to LiPo batteries. They should NEVER get warm charging.

Is that number off the plugin transformer? It's 200 and not 2000? At that low charge rate, it's going to take five or six hours to charge. Just remember you don't want to charge anything without keeping a close eye on it. This is how houses burn down! How long have you been charging it?

Update: I just noticed the 6.5watt rating. It can't be 2000. You need to buy a real charger if this is something you're going to use much.

If you charge for an hour at 200ma, then you will actually store a little under the 200 in it (it's not 100% efficient). Since the battery is 1100 mah, it's probably going to take something like six hours to fill it. Do a nice long charge and monitor it for heat with your hand. Once you figure out about how long it's going to take, you can charge it without checking it all the time. The full charge is going to make a dramatic increase in run time. Have fun!
