    I guess if you are REALLY serious about your RC hobby you can build your own FPV satellite!

    I was thinking about a way to get more range.  Remember your post with the repeater on a tower?  With my F550, Naza/GPS and 30 minutes of flight time I could just do a high hover at any point or coordinate with a repeater payload. 

    No need to pay for a satellite launch.  Not that that a private satellite wouldn't be cool for sure.
