I have been RC boat racing for 20 years. I belong to a club in Eugene, Eugene Emerald RC Boat Club. I am looking to form a club in southern Oregon to meet once a month and have fun runs and maybe a true race or two. We would have to see what boats are out there to determine what classes of boats we would run for races. All boats would be welcome. Here are a few of my boats. first one is and SGX outrigger with a CMB VAC91 motor that runs 66% nitro second one is a 3.5 tunnel that runs 60% nitro third one is a Crackerbox with a Zenoah 26 . I also run a UL-1 , P spec electric outrigger and a 7.5 tunnel hull. Allen
HELLS YEAH! Damn, just sold my last boat too my main interest is in jet boats, but since I'll have to start over anyway I am pretty well open as to type, size, power, etc. I live in Grants Pass and work in White City so I'm available pretty much anywhere in the valley. Let me know more of what your thoughts are and I'll do what I can to help make it happen!
Thanks. SGX rigger has been clocked on our club radar gun at 91MPH. Tunnel hull is a highly modified 3.5 and has been clocked (namba time trials) at 54.8 mph.
