A solution for LR FPV, a ISM, legal in the US, 1 Watt 900 Mhz radio that is compatible with Mavlink, Ardupilot, Mission Planner GCS stuff. I wonder if there is a way to put this in a regular RC transmitter on it's own? http://rfdesign.com.au/index.php/rfd900
If you like that you'll like this one too: 3DR Hexacopter vs DJI Phantom Position Hold The only thing wrong with this test is that it's not really fair comparing a hexacopter with a quad, much less a small quad, but they are sure starting to get very good stability with the APM platform. One thing is clear though: DJI is still the standard that all the other flight controllers are measured against. Is this telemetry only?
The claim is that it is the only diversity LR 900 Mhz out there, it can be used with APM for telemetry, OSD, and RC Control via USB joystick.
