3D Printed, Mostly Disposable Drone Idea

I think this is a great idea. 3D printed or not, having the fuselage plastic and the wings foam seems like it would be a good way to go.

I plan on building a ScanEable like flying wing (but much smaller) I plan on having the main fuselage assembly 3d printed with all the necessary supports for bolting on easily damaged parts, that can be replaced as they get worn. All electronics will be housed within fuselage and wings will simply be foam with a carbon rod. I mocked up an idea, and uploaded it to SketchFab if anyone cares to comment. I plan on using 3" cardboard mailer tube, the light weight stuff, for fore and aft body pieces, and foam nosecone. I have not modeled the integrated winglet rudders, but the servo pictured could also provide thrust vectoring.
