Just a quick update on the RC Swap Meet. We have space for about 10 tables. Reserve yours today at no cost to you. That's right this event costs you nothing! The first hour 9:00-10:00 am will be devoted to setting up and displaying your RC stuff.
I would come and show some helicopter stuff but I can't justify a whole table. Can people share a table, and if so is anyone from Grants Pass planning to go?
Share a table? ABSOLUTELY! There is no minimum for the amount of stuff to swap or sell. So far the poll suggests that a couple of folks from GP are interested in attending. But, currently I only have table reservations for 2 from Roseburg. I'm also thinking of displaying some hop-up and mod clips on the big screen TV during the meet.
Smitty, is WiFi and power available? I would like to bring my laptop to help me with general info/pricing for items I'm not familiar with. I'm pretty well versed in planes, but cars and heli's I'm still just a noob! Looking forward to this
AC power is available. I will have my laptop setup and connected. Plus we have a community PC in the library which is also connected.

Hey Smitty, what size are your tables (I presume you have the tables)? Do we need to bring chairs? I was going to hold my stuff for my club's Swap & Shop in March, but I think I'll bring everything I can to make yours more appealing to shoppers Currently I have 6-8 cars/trucks, a heli, and radios/parts/etc., plus GPS' heli and anything else he is bringing. I also posted that I would be willing to bring up other people's items if they're interested. Might we need a second table (if available)? Thanks, Mike.
Tables are 60" dia. (round). We have 8 (3 are currently reserved). Additionally, if needed, I can cover the 2 pool tables (5'x8') and there is a 7'-8' dining table. Chairs... we have 80. Based on your inventory, you'll most likely need 2 tables. (so that makes 4 reserved to date). I'm also assuming that some will show up without a reserved table. But I think the facilities can handle it. Only 10 days remain...

First come, first served. I'm going to visit the Umpqua Modelers meeting on Thursday to plug the Swap Meet.
