I was wondering that myself.  Maybe they mean plastic strong enough to make tools from like a electric hand drill body.  I haven't seen a hand drill made from all metal for many years.  I have a couple Hilti brand cordless power tools which are commercial grade and they are plastic too.  I don't think they mean a tool like a drill bit or that thing you put on the stationary part of the lathe to cut away metal.

It's not often I don't like the products we post around here and when I do I usually keep my thoughts to myself but this product I don't think would work that well. Even as they say if we had "allot of work" Loctite (at least w/ Blue and Red) dries pretty quick forming a thin skin on the surface of material in reservoir. With the bottle alone I'm constantly cleaning the dried material away from the nozzle. Meh, to be fair it would require actually trying the product ... And we're going for the obvious here, even if I thought it might work the product is not for me as I simple wouldn't have so much work it requires to be practical.

... {IMHO} For those reasons alone I don't seeing it working that well  ???
