   Judge strikes down FAA ban on small drones
   
   NTSB Administrative Law Judge Patrick Geraghty ruled on March 6 that a $10,000 fine levied against Swiss filmmaker Raphael Pirker after he used a drone to film a commercial at the University of Virginia, was not based on any law at the time. Judge Geraghty dismissed the fine.
