I know a lot of us use the balance plug on our battery packs to get our FPV power. When I've needed to plug into that, I've always used a header and was just really careful not to plug it in the wrong way and blow everything up. A much better solution is to have the right connector, but I wasn't sure where to get that. I just ran into the solution on HobbyPartz. They have a package of five male/female cables for just $2.05.
