This is a pretty long video, but it's a very cool idea.

4S 2750 mAh parallel LiPo, Proline Trenchers, Castle Monster.

Hey GPNate - I wonder if you could make it from Grants Pass to Jacksonville on a set of 6S.  What do you think?

    Are those 9000 mAh batteries?

I Google mapped the distance from Grants Pass to Jacksonville using 238, Williams Highway, and it looks like about 35 miles.  Do you think a electric car or truck could make it without stopping for batteries or failure?

    Could be a interesting challenge.

Does anybody think a RC car could make it from Grants Pass to Jacksonville without changing batteries or adding fuel?

I bet it would it make it on 9000mah batteries.  Too bad I would never spend the money on maxamps...

It would take very proper set up and gearing to run on a lower cell count and higher amperage, thats a constant drain not bashing so power will be used up quicker.  I would think my 1/5 scale would make it since it will run almost an hour on a tank of fuel.

Maybe we should make a official challenge?  "The Grants Pass to Jacksonville RC Challenge".

The RC car or truck would have to run non-stop from the "It's The Climate" sign on 6th street to the town center of Jacksonville, say the Inn, without stopping for any reason besides traffic lights.  There can be no touching the car or truck whatsoever from the starting line to the finish line.

    What do you guys think?
