So I got this exceed crawler in a trade and I got to see how it crawled and it does pretty decent but I hate the way it looks!! So I decided that I was ganna convert it to a scaler!! Besides that my daughter has been bugging me that she wants a crawler so here's how I got it to where I am as of now

Your daughters crawler turned out cool. You did this pretty fast.
Did you cut out the lower link plates (green) from the old frame? Is the box frame self made?

yes i did cut out the lower link plate from the exceed chassis for a couple of reasons! not only does it have the link mounts but its also the tranny mount and with how i mounted it, it also serves as a drop down plate to help with driveline angles! The frame is all hand made based off an scx10 chassis! I had to cut down the front and rear lower links to shorten the wheel base to fit this body! now i just gotta make a couple of bumpers and rock sliders and it will be 100% done!

I see, I didn't think about your transmission mount. Good idea. Are you going to make metal bumpers?

Good job. Maybe u can whip up a cheap one for my son. He loves driving my taco more than his own buggy.

GPS yes im ganna make metal front and rear bumpers for it!! Chase yes i can do it for $50 all you will have to provide is a front and rear axle, shock hoops, body, tanny, wheels and tires! i will do the full metal chassis and metal links, metal tube front and rear bumpers! If you have an idea of the style you want just hook me up with pics and i will do my best to copy it! When you get it you will have a full rolling chassis just add your own electronics! I will do that offer to anyone on this site! I wont make any money off of this! FYI This is just the kind of stuff i like to do so dont think i will make alot of money off of this...lol

I can match just about any style of bumpers! this wasnt that hard of a build i think im ganna do it again for my other kids and finding the exceed parts to fix this one was way easy and i know i dont get the axial name but i found out the only reason why the 2 axles broke was because 1-the wheels and tires someone over wieghted them!! alot!! one i bet wieghts close to 1 lbs!!! and 2nd is they were running it on 4s!!!! for a crawler thats WAY to much!! I will probley get the bumpers built this weekend!! I plan to get her a winch here soon so im ganna make a bumper to hold one!
