I wasn't expecting a big octocopter to be doing the video. Being "indoors" I was expecting a DJI Phantom or even smaller.

I'd have to guess it depends on how much camera they needed to lift ...
... Obviously a small camera requires a small bird ergo a large heavy CAM needs BIG lift
... And as you know, teh larger the platform the better the overall stability.
... Alternately, there's a saying in photography "the BEST CAMERA is the one you have with you" therefore maybe that's ALL they had ;)

That said I don't know what camera they flew, hehe, too LAZY to go look :p

Here's another pretty cool VID I found the same day but exploring outside this time:
Remember "Battleship Island" it was used as a backdrop in the James Bond flick, Skyfall (Google Images)

Gunkanjima ("Battleship Island") is one of the world's most well-known "ghost towns."
Originally developed as a seabed coal mining facility, more than 5000 people inhabited
the island at the peak of its prosperity. The last inhabitants left in 1974, and today
the island remains uninhabited. Using a radio-controlled helicopter equipped with a Sony's
Action Cam, we took some aerial footage of this breathtaking deserted island to serve
as a record for generations to come.

    Enjoy
