    Northwest Helicopters is one of our summer contractors, this is what they do in the winter fog......

    Just amazing, man and machine become one. The hook tender was no novice either.

    Got to see it and didn't even have to ride.  ;)

    They do a lot harvesting like that around here too and it's really cool to see what's happining up close like that.

    I had a job cutting xmas trees, no helicopter though ... WOW nice flying indeed

    I came across a article at Sploit (Gizmodo) and it reminded me of this thread since they featured the same videos as above. They claim that Oregon is the nation's largest exporter of Christmas trees selling 7.3 million per year which is twice as many as the second largest producer North Carolina. Maybe Santa should move to Oregon.

    Are Christmas trees really costing $250 in Southern California? That's insane for a dead tree. How much do they cost here nowadays?
