That security woman really did not want those folks taking pictures there. What I never found out is what exactly was happening there that she got so worried about other people watching and filming.
According to the source (and sorry for not posting them) the group were photographing a tractor-trailer which went off road arse-over-tea-kettle ending in the valley below. The tractor-trailer is shown in the video albeit very briefly and easily missed. So yeah (IMO) what they were photographing was hardly a BIG deal, or hardly a threat to national security as they say! They weren't even taking pictures or video of the mall however private property owners (in this case, teh mall) does have the right to restrict or to ban photography outright while on their property. So this security "officer" was "trying" to enforce the malls no photography rule as the group was on mall property. Well I believe they were on mall property but what I believe don't count ... And the valley below would be a gray-area only by the fact we don't know who owns that property. eg: Is the valley privately (but not owned by teh Mall) or is it publicly owned? Or does Mall actually own it? Well those are the facts leading up to the altercation therefor I would leave final judgment to ALL the armchair-judges WE know WE are ... LMAO, just kidding buts ya'll knowz whats I means, the 'court of public opinion'
This Video/Story has also gone 'viral' on Youtube ... Have a look, like you say some people, unbelievable ... ... Fire captain arrested
