Sounds like a good project. I just finished up a Hilux for a buddy and have a extra cab waiting for me to build one for myself someday. I had a 82 for my first truck and have been fond of them ever since. Be sure to throw up some pics when you get rolling with your build :)

I learned that you are better off posting to a photo hosting site like photobucket, then linking to it from here.  Unless you want to resize your pics to 600x400.

Like Smitty suggested photobucket works well for a lot of people including myself. You create an account and just upload your pics there. Then just copy and paste the img code into your post and you are all set. Im excited to have another scale builder on here. I will start posting up some of my scale builds now also. So far I have been boring the guys here with just my comp crawler threads lol. I started a scale 6x6 today that should be a long one.

    Crawling must be contagious!
I picked up a Losi Night Crawler basket case at the swap meet.
So... I'm now crawling around the web looking for parts. LOL

Keep an eye out for my next build. It is basically a nightcrawler at heart. Now Bubbah, where is that Toyota? I don't think you said what it is going on top of as far as axles and frame?

Gonna have axial scx frame.axial axles.with the normal hi steer arms, clockable c's,derlin skid wth aluminum outters.ive been sitting on another outrunner from holmes hobby.its a revolver.i dont have a home for it......so maybe in the yota.my other yota has a hh crawlmaster in it and i absolutely love it.i just happen to have another castle creation sidewinder II for the set up also, but the size of the sc is daunting...so we'll see.i tried the create a crawler wheels both ways narrow and deep...and so far i like them sticking out.this isnt a follow the rules scale build really...it more like build a rig i would drive down the road.beings i have a 79 yota crawler at present i will try and copy it in a way....
