So I wish there was a way to get composite FPV video to display on the screen of an Android tablet, the Internet said it can't be done, but then I found this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.chainfire.dslrcontroller&hl=en An app that allows you to control a Canon EOS DSLR via an Android and also provides a live feed, so obviously it can be done. But they are doing via USB and OTG adapter, so I don't know if the video out from the Canon is digital or composite inside the USB cable. But it would be cool anyway!
On their website (http://dslrcontroller.com/) they claim you can use/build a WiFi adapter. Details here: http://dslrcontroller.com/news-wifi_stick.php
