Rotor Consistency- Each rotor is magnetically charged in-house on our own massive rotor "zapper", and tested for consistency and overall pole charge coverage strength using lab-quality magnet meters and processes. Efficiency increases when rotors are charged fully, equally, and tested to confirm. Rotor consistency has proven to be a strong feature of the Vulcan lineup. Assembled to Strict Standards of Quality and Tolerance- High-quality, copper wire, Novak Speed-Lube treated ball bearings, stator steel, magnetic materials, and Novak developed timing and testing equipment means each Vulcan motor meets Novak's strict quality standards.
